Edit: I’ve received 2 replacement bags since then. Both have broken straps within a months use. I dont know what they did but the quality is not the same. I would not recommend their backpacks anymore.I bought one of their bags 3 years ago and used it 5 days a week solid. Typically things wore out like the buttons, zippers etc. I sent a quick email with these concerns and the very next day I had a new bag at the post office. Very happy

They have the worst customer service!! no body answer to emails and calls.The backpack quality is terrible the colour is fading after 5 months.

Will-Land honors their lifetime warranty, despite that I would not recommend these bags. I have had three backpacks break in two and a half years. A strap broke off the first one, the lining between two pockets unraveled in the second, and both zippers fell completely off the third. The company sent me a new bag after the first two breaks which was great, but given the cost of the bag I don't think they should break as easily as they do.
